Each conversation will explore an aspect of ag innovation in an effort to share ideas\, identify synergies\, promote collaboration\, and explore ideation-to-market strategies. \n\n\n\nThe Asmus brothers will share how they started a business in response to help reduce nitrogen-rich water runoff into local ditches from winter manure spreading. Hear how their vertically integrated manufacturing processes manure to create marketable pelleted organic fertilizer. \n\n\n\nBen Swanson\, AURI's Food Scientist\, will highlight emerging food\, crop and aquaculture opportunities in Minnesota. \n\n\n\n\n\nThe afternoon will end in small group discussions on startup opportunities and challenges.
