Explore the trends\, history and attitudes that define each generation. We'll consider how understanding generational influences can lead to a deeper connection to those in your own home and to a more harmonious and effective workplace. And of course\, we'll translate what the kids are saying these days.  Boomers\, Gen X\, Millennials\, Gen Z\, Alphas and everyone in between\, let's celebrate the generational gap!\n\n \n\nMelissa Bruns is the Site Director of Hope Harbor's Marshall location\, founded in 2005.  Hope Harbor has a mission to build strong families\, with a residential group home for girls in Marshall\, MN\, a location for boys in Parker\, SD\, and also provides resources for the community at large on topics pertaining to youth\, parents and those serving youth.
