The Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce presents the 2019 State of the City Address with MayorBbob Byrnes and City Administrator, Sharon Hanson to recap 2018 and discuss the year ahead on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the SMSU Conference Center. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.; program luncheon will begin at Noon.
