Marshall Yoga Shala presents an
Ashtanga Workshop
We will learn some theory and do a lot of practice! This workshop will introduce you to the poses and flow in the Ashtanga series, with many variations to find your own unique experience.
Please join us for a deeper entry into this joyful practice – whether you are brand new or have been working at it for some time.
