Description
Ashley Christianson will share the basics of Ayurveda, the “Sister Science of Yoga”.
Ashley is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Pancha Karma Specialist located in Spicer MN. https://www.facebook.com/Satsanga139/Come and learn about this ancient system, and how you might benefit from some of the basic principles.
This 2 hour workshop will be held at Marshall Yoga Shala.
Cost is $10 per person.
