Description
Exhibit opening reception and program for the traveling exhibit, Boys in Blue: The Grand Army of the Republic, A Civil War Veterans’ Organization on Monday, April 9 at the Lyon County Museum, 301 W Lyon St. Doors open at 6:00pm. Dr. Lloyd Petersen will talk at 6:30pm on the history of the Grand Army of the Republic. Free event and light refreshments will be served.
The traveling exhibit runs at the Lyon County Museum March 1 - June 1. The exhibit was organized by Siouxland Heritage Museums, Sioux Falls, SD.
