Description
The Lyon County Historical Society is planning a bus tour to sites in the Lyon County. Sites include: the Lyon County Poor Farm, Island Lake, O.C. Gregg farm, Camden, Burchard, Amiret, and Dudley.
This bus tour is a similar tour of one we hosted last September. We ran out of time to visit a few of the places, so we are making sure to visit them this year.
A few of the locations were once towns in the county and the other locations have significance in Lyon County's history.
Tickets are $35 each and will be available at the Lyon County Museum, starting on September 8. Space on the charter bus is limited, so get your tickets early!
