Women's Connect: Kris Cleveland

Women's Wellness and Healthy Living
Kris will discuss the 8 dimensions of wellness, self-care, work life balance, workplace economics, and how to introduce motion to your work life.  
Kris will also lead an exercise to help everyone assess their own wellness.

Kris and her husband Lon own Cleveland Chevrolet in Canby MN.
They have two adult children, Justin (24) who works at the dealership, and Morgan (22), who is finishing a Human Biology degree and a collegaite volleyball career at MSUM. Morgan plans to attend Physician Assistant School. 
In her free time, Kris teaches fitness classes, volunteers as a Strength and Conditioning coach for girls athletics at Canby High schoo. She loves to walk with her dog, be outdoors, read, and she is trying to lern Spanish!
