Nancy Walker
Nancy Walker has been with Southwest Health and Human Services for over 30 years and is currently the Deputy Director. She held several public health/human services positions such as child support officer, collection services supervisor, director of business management as well as done contract work for public health and other human services agencies. She is well versed in all aspects of human resource management from “Hire to Retire”. Nancy’s motto is “Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life!” Nancy has presented on various human resource topics at several conference on topics such as Generations in the Workplace, HR for supervisors/managers, DEI, and Unconscious Bias. She holds a master’s degree in Business Management and is certified as a SHRM-SCP.
