About the Role:
We are seeking to add a Staff Accountant to our finance team! In this role, you will lead key accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy, timely reporting, and operational efficiency. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a team that values your ideas and initiative. This position offers hybrid flexibility in the Southwest Minnesota area.
Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reports
Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure timely completion of annual audits and tax returns
Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
2–5 years of related experience, with a strong focus on accounting and financial analysis
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
