Lyon County 911 Dispatcher

Lyon County is accepting applications for full-time 911 Dispatcher. The purpose of this position is to answer emergency and non-emergency calls for police, ambulance, and fire and CAT services. Individual must have established the ability to work under pressure with strong communication and technical/computer skills. Pay range is $24.65 to $34.35 with two pay increases in the first year of employment and full county benefits. Dispatchers work a rotating schedule of weekdays, weekends, holidays, as well as day & overnight shifts.  Online submissions are accepted or printable application packet and full position description can be found at www.lyonco.org.
