Job Summary

  • The Registered Nurse in Long Term Care is accountable for providing each resident with professional nursing care, administering treatments and medications and making decisions about the resident care needs consistent with the facility policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • No experience required.
  • Experience in geriatric services preferred.
  • Experience in long term care preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota required upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.

Work Schedule

  • Night shift, 6:00pm-6:30am, every third weekend, every other holiday, occasional call; 60 hours every 2 weeks
